About the role
We are looking for a senior brand designer to lead identity projects. You will work directly with clients and with a small team that values craft over volume.
What you will do
Lead brand projects from strategy to launch.
Present work to founders and marketing leads.
Build identity systems that other designers can use.
Mentor junior designers and give clear feedback.
What you bring
At least six years of brand design experience.
A portfolio with identity systems, not only logos.
Strong typography and layout skills.
Clear written and spoken English.
Nice to have
Experience with motion or packaging.
Norwegian or another Nordic language.
